It's a palazzo with three floors. On the façade appear the older arches of fourth order. The plan was initially L-type, as we can see on the Barbari engraving. Later, it was changed to C-type. The access to the court is through a land gate in the Calle. Portici open the androne to the court.
After being used by the university for a long time, a 'albergo' was recently made out of the palace.
