Despite modificitations from the 19th or 20th century, which affected especially the entrance, this palace constitutes an important example of an early gothic palace. Notably the loggia with five arches of third order in the piano nobile and the narrow wings give, in comparison with Palazzo Soranzo Campo San Polo, credibility to the assumption of late 14th century. A large chapel protrudes from the left side.
The lateral staircase in the rear part of the building is not an original part.
Currently the piano nobile of the palace is for sale.
