The palace was lately well restored. It is known for its exterior frescoes by Camillo Ballini on mythological topics which are partially conserved and are among the best conserved examples of exterior frescoes in the city. Note especially the areas below the single windows. A Barbarigo coat of arms is between the loggia and the first window of the right wing in the second piano nobile.
The state of the interior is unknown.
