The small palace is adjacent to the Ca'Tron on the right and has one piano nobile with arches of fifth order. Several modifications (gate, balcony, upper floor) were made probably in the late 16th or 17th century. At the beginning of the 19th century, it was property of Carlo Duodo, later of Elisabetta Duodo Balbi-Valier. During recent restorations, the water floor brickwork has been extensively replaced.
