Only the façade of this baroque palace is preserved, the piano nobile is horizontally subdivided. Initially, the building had a round staircase in the left wing. Instead of the traditional central loggia, the façade presents only a array of single windows. Considering the large balcony and the strong cornice above the piano nobile windows, the palace much resembles Domenico Rossi's Palazzo Da Riva.
