The edifice, erected in the first half of the 16th century, is influenced by Mauro Codussi's architecture. Water floor and mezzanine are embraced by limestone corner pillars with ionic capitals. Currently no further statement can be given on the oculi in the piano nobile. In the 19th century, the palace was restored. Ceiling frescoes are conserved. A large Donà crest is to be found above the water portal.
