Well conserved typical building of the 16th century. A large representation court is partially conserved. The palace was recently converted into a hotel. The mezzanine structure was altered, and the androne was restored. An interesting stairway with two ramps leads to the piano nobile. Stylistically, the palace is related to other buildings influenced by Sansovino. By comparing Palazzo Priuli with buildings like Palazzo Cappello a San Antonin it becomes apparent that the architectural details are of inferior quality.
September 2001: restoration works
May 2002: restoration of the rear façade terminated.
