Austere building, today used as a school. The portego still has nice stucco frames, lateral rooms have late-settecento ceiling frescoes. The palace once possessed the wooden 18th century alcove, today in the Ca'Rezzonico museum.
A coat of arms can be found on the gate towards the Salizada de Ca' Carminati.
